As well as the amazing activities that we have going on at the hall, we can also hire out our hall for any functions you may wish to use it.

The room can be hired at £50 for the first 2 hours then £20 every hour after this.
The kitchen facilities are available to use when hiring the hall. All parties will incur a mandatory £25 Caretaker fee. Any Parties beyond 6 pm will incur a £35 caretaker fee. Parties beyond 9 pm will incur a £50 caretaker fee. please include your set-up and clean-up times. No parties/events beyond 10:00pm

Manorfield Hall Community Centre – Being a Good Neighbour
Dear Neighbours,
Thank you for living alongside Manorfield Hall Community Centre. Our centre is charity-run, and the income we receive from parties and private hires helps us to keep the centre open for community services, activities, and support that benefit local residents.
We know that parties can sometimes bring extra noise or activity, and we want to reassure you that we are committed to being considerate neighbours. To help minimise disruption, we have put the following measures in place:
Our Commitments to You
Clear Finish Times
· Events end by 10pm -and out by 10:30pm weekends.
· Music and amplified sound stop at least 15 minutes before closing.
Noise Management
· Regular outside checks during events at beginning to monitor sound levels.
· Doors and windows kept closed when music is playing.
Respectful Departures
· Guests reminded to leave quietly.
· Taxis and rideshares asked to wait in designated areas.
Supervision & Safety
· A member of staff/volunteer always present to supervise events.
· Outside spaces monitored to prevent loitering or disturbance.
Communication
